You further understand that the Service Provider, as issuer of the Voucher, is solely responsible for the redemption of the Voucher in exchange for the services stated therein and for the provision of those services to you.
LexConnect, LLC does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any advertising, products, goods or services available or unavailable from, or through, any Service Providers. Your dealings with any Service Provider, and any other terms, conditions, representations or warranties associated with such dealings, are between you and such Service Provider and do not involve LexConnect, LLC.
You should make whatever investigation or other resources that you deem necessary or appropriate before purchasing any Voucher and/or hiring or engaging any Service Provider.
You agree that LexConnect, LLC is not responsible for the accessibility or unavailability of any Service Provider or for your interactions and dealings with Service Provider.
The Service Provider is solely responsible for all services provided to you and for any and all possible injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities, losses, and costs that may arise, directly or indirectly, out of the provision of such services to you, (collectively, “Liabilities”).
You understand, acknowledge and accept that (i) LexConnect, LLC is solely an advertiser of the Service Provider’s services and (ii) Lex Connect, LLC is not responsible for any Liabilities arising out of the redemption of any Voucher or the provision of any services by a Service Provider. Accordingly, you hereby irrevocably waive all rights related to, and release LexConnect, LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees and agents from, any Liabilities arising from or related to any act or omission of a Service Provider in connection with your use of a Voucher or the services it provides in connection with it.
